April 15th 2004, our new house when it was really new.
In Photo 06 the distance shows the open sea; There is no way to know how far we
can see, but the house is at 300' elevation and it should be possible to
calculate it, if atmospheric conditions allow. Clearly visible is Trinidad
Head, about 35 miles away. Before it is open sea, before that the Samoa
Penninsula, before that Humboldt Bay, and then up to the house the slope of
Humboldt Hill and the Elk River Valley.
The pictures are less than 100Kb except 06 which is 944Kb
